I think the differences between entrepreneurs are very complex. What you're like as an entrepreneur (and just as a person) is related to your upbringing, your education, your experience, your skill set, your beliefs and your support system.
There are so many factors involved in what your opportunity and motivations are.
What I will say is that we do need to encourage more women to become entrepreneurs and business owners. Obviously, 50% of the world's population should be well represented in the types of businesses and initiatives that exist.
