Specifically for newbie entrepreneurs
1) They don't do their homework (read Books, blogs, etc). 2) they are too attached to their ideas and miss signals that there isn't a business there or that a pivot is necessary. 3) they mistake assumptions for fact and don't test/validate key things that can make or break their companies. 4) they don't learn from others or ask for help from the right people 5) they listen to the opinions of people around them rather than using tests and data to validate their ideas.
