I can see people not wanting to be on call at odd hours. What motivates your volunteers to be available at odd times and how do you overcome the challenges of needing more people at the scene?
Really good question. Our technology,, through the NOWFORCE app creates special alerts to the five closest volunteers to the emergency and where there is a mass casualty, more volunteers will be notified.Our volunteers are really amazing. One volunteer today was telling me that he rushed out on the weekend in his pajamas in the middle of the night.Our volunteers really care and want to help. There are many motivations for being a volunteer, some may start because they want to learn a new skill, they continue because of the amazing feeling you get when you save a life. Its a real gift to be trained to do it and put it into action
