  • Technology within Apple products.

I very familiar with using a pc, and most of the technology within a pc. But, I don't know anything about the technology within a MacBook, or any apple product. Are there any books that teach you about Mac products, software, programs languages, operating system, cloud, etc.

To use a Mac for standard things like browsing the internet or using a word processor is pretty straight forward. It was intended this way and that's why so many people love Apple products: they are intuitive.

However, if you would like to learn about being a power user then you can look into the Linux command line. A vast majority of what you will learn carries over to OS X. And because Linux is open, you will find a ton of courses online for free. This one comes to mind: https://www.edx.org/course/introduction-linux-linuxfoundationx-lfs101x-2

    Good luck!

Another noteworthy benefit of learning the command line this way is that you don't even need to spend the money on a Mac just yet. You can use virtually any PC that you already own.
