How do you develop and install these changes?
At a high level there two big steps:1. Explain how the changes to policies and procedure meet or beat their business requirements vs what they are doing currently.
2. Build a transition plan that layouts the follow (there maybe more): - resource churn ( additional staff, attrition rate, duplication of work, and etc) - cost to implement (opex and capex) - time to implement (with milestones) - KPIs to show the new policies and procedures are being effective ( these should have been identified in step 1 already)
