I am able to really hear what the client is conveying, both cognitively and emotionally. Because the process I use does not involve any level of judgement or criticism on my part, the reassurance involved allows the client to fully engage with their intellect and creativity. Sometimes we all need a little bit of reassurance that we are capable of amazing things and then when encouraged to expand our creative side opens up more possibilities. For the second half of you question regarding professional development: The level of support that is given during the coaching session encourages the client to seek further answers to their professional development from the many resources they have at their finger tips. Let's please keep in mind that the majority of my clients are at the very beginnings of their adult life journey. The biggest point of professional development that I offer at this stage in the game is encouraging what they want as their own personal integrity and holding them accountable to it.
