I enjoy two main things, the people, and the learning I have every day.
Individuals that join startups, usually join because they are driven by a mission and a vision. Working alongside these individuals that share the same mission you have is simply inspiring. If you've ever worked at a company with a team that you really love, you'll know exactly what I mean.
As for learning, it is what drives me as an individual. I believe that motivation comes from growth either in fitness, financials, relationships or anything else. But you are always motivated and driven about the thing that's growing. To me, I get motivated when I learn something new. Startups have been the best "schools" I've ever had.
Cool, thanks Khaled. I think I favor startups more because after experiencing a corporate job the excitement and team chemistry is just not there. I guess it's harder to match those things when scaling.
