Know why. Don't do it for a buck, that just won't work. Do it because you adore supporting others, that you have a passion for your area of expertise and clear understanding of who you are/where you have been.
I agree, Leslie Mizerak, career coaching is not the way to get rich. However, helping people land jobs is rewarding. Employment is one of Maslow's level of hierarchy of needs, as corny as this sounds.
