What do you think are the most common mistakes small businesses make in their social media strategies? How can they avoid them?
Not having a personality is the worst thing a brand can do on social media. If you look at some of the brands that have really thrived on social in the last few years, like GoPro, Denny's, Netflix, etc., they all have one thing in common: a very strong and unique voice. Without a strong brand personality you'll just get lost in the noise.
