I haven't experienced it for myself but I hear good things about Zappos' customer service. Which companies do you think are good examples of it?
Hi Pradip! In the online self-service world with which I'm most familiar, I actually really don't rate Zappos (or Amazon for that matter). Really poorly documented content. I love brands that make their self-service accessible across all devices, with a really well structured, easy to read layout and lots of visual and video content.
