I have 18 years of experience at different jobs and want to try to show some of that history in detail on my resume. I've heard mixed answers about the "two page rule", and I'd like to know what you think of this.Thanks to everyone in advance!
Honestly, your resume should be one page long. If it's longer, then you're trying to say too much. You don't need everything on there just the highlights. Put the things you're most proud of and that show your greatest accomplishments. I think that is the right thing to do but you might want to pay some money for an adviser if it's within your budget and you think it might be a real issue.
