I love the idea behind RYF! I'm wondering if you formally sat down with the businesses (Telus, Loblaws, etc.) on the 'Companies' page of your website to show specific careers the companies are currently looking to fill or if you are simply showing a clear path to become a customer service manager at Air Canada (as an example) without their official sponsorship?
Thanks for he kind words and great question.
For some companies, we included them on the site to show them what it could look like if we were to work together as part of a proposal process and sometimes more informally to help them visualize the paths using our data and paths that we have built.
Air Canada is a customer of ours and the paths that appear on their company page have been provided by them using their data and information.
Other companies have, and still do, approach is afterlife King about what we do an inquire about being included on the companies page. We have some great partnerships we're working on right now and will have some very exciting announcements coming up in the next couple of months.
Thanks again for the question :)
