I heard of the "Girls who Code" program for high school students but I was wondering if there was anything equivalent for male high school students? I'm really interested and it seems like the only ones available are popular for post grad working professionals. Also, a lot of them require you to work afterwards so that you pay off the program. I'm not planning to work right after since I still want to go to college and complete a CS degree.
It depends on where you're located. Here (Australia), we definitely offer coding camp style events both for girls only, as well as ones for all genders. Maybe contact some of your local universities and see if they have any coding outreach programmes - I'd be surprised if they didn't.
