  • How do you avoid becoming involved with the mom wars on your blog?

The Internet is famous for pitting two different types of people together as the world watches them argue. Stay-at-home moms versus working mothers, breastfeeding mothers versus formula feeders and so forth. Do you find that your parenting opinions sometimes get you entangled in what is called the 'mom wars'? How do you keep yourself from becoming too involved with blog commenters who may attack your personal opinions or beliefs because they feel differently? Do you find that running a parenting blog leaves you more open for people to attack your advice and methods?

I have to say that I am not a confrontational type of person. I am an understanding type of person. I know that what works bet for me, may not be the same for you. So, I haven't really had a mommy war problem. Yes, running a parenting blog may leave you open to that a bit but as long as you understanding that we all come from different places and have different solutions and you are respectful, most other people tend to be as well.
