I applied to a job on AngelList but the company seems to want to move fast. Interview a day later and then will have a response within 24 hours. Not sure what to think about this. One hand, it's awesome. On the other hand, makes me cautious. Thoughts?
Fast turnaround on interviews and results is probably not a great reason to be cautious on its own. In terms of actual time that goes into making the decision, this is probably the same as most companies. If they don't give you sufficient time to do your due diligence when making a decision, that's another thing, but I wouldn't inherently be cautious unless you believe their process is flawed. Even if it is, it's still probably good practice.
